This month things have finally slowed down in the Oakley household. I look at our March calendar that hangs on our fridge and it looks so empty without basketball games written in. Dustin's season ended with a sectional loss and it was disappointing for everyone but I couldn't be prouder of how much those boys improved. We had them over for a team dinner a few weeks ago and they are so polite and look up to Dustin so much! This hasn't been the ideal first year of varsity coaching for Dustin but I think everyone involved learned something and grew so much! Dustin and the boys are all excited to get in the gym after Spring Break to work on getting stronger and better for next year.
Here are some pics from the last month or so!

Last but not least I will leave you with some of Ella's best dancing. Arlington, where Dustin coaches, has a dance team that dances really well but in more of a teenage way that you might see in music videos. Is that a politically correct way of saying it?? Twerking comes to mind also. Anyway Ella has learned to shake her little hips. Oh boy. Of course I find it adorable and disturbing all at the same time...
