The Holdays Round 1

Whew!  The holidays and Winter break went so fast!  We had another great holiday season.  I was happy that we could take the kids to do a lot while we had the time off.  Winter break was actually 3 weeks instead of two this year due to a twelve inch snow storm!    We were happy for it, even though not being able to leave the house for 3 or 4 days was kind of driving me crazy!  Then the next week I only worked two days because I got the flu really bad! UGH

Anyway I will explain our pre Christmas and Christmas fun through all of the pics I took. :)

I took the kiddos downtown to see St. Nicholas.  It is a German tradition and something I did as a child.  My grandma, two aunts and my cousin went and it was a fun day.  The kids got to dress up for a picture...make gingerbread houses, they saw a puppet show, and got to meet St. Nicholas.

I don't know how it happened but I got to be in a picture and BOTH kids smiled!!!  #hellisfrozen

Emma tried to french braid Ella's hair...its so thin!

1st Arlington home game.  Most nights you can find my children at a Varsity basketball game!

Owen, Ella, and their cousin Dani were in the church Christmas program.  They did a great job!

Dustin and I took the kiddos downtown to see the tree.  They were both amazed at the size of it!

Another picture where they are both smiling.  Holy moly!!!
